Our Returns Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear unless the hygienic liner is intact and the item is unworn. Holiday specials and sale items are final sale unless faulty.

Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive the original
- You’ll be responsible for shipping costs for both the return and the new item
- If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty:
